Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 August 2026
These terms explain the rules for using Olympico — the platform, the Olympico Store, the seller console and Motus Engine.
Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using any part of Olympico you agree to these terms. If you use Olympico on behalf of a club, federation or company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for them.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your contact details current.
- Keep your password and sign-in access private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- One person per account. Do not share staff, admin or analysis access with people outside your organisation.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk.
Buying in the Olympico Store
- Prices, stock and shipping cost shown at checkout apply at the time you order. Shipping cost depends on destination and package weight.
- An order is confirmed once payment is verified by our payment provider.
- If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you to replace the item or refund it.
- Order tracking links are private — treat your order code as confidential.
Cancellation and refunds
You may request cancellation before an order is shipped. After shipping, refunds cover items that arrive damaged, incorrect or not as described. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and the stock is restored. Report an issue with your order as soon as it arrives so we can resolve it quickly.
Selling on Olympico
- Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, product legality, quality, stock and dispatch times.
- Counterfeit goods, unsafe equipment and prohibited items are not allowed.
- Sellers must handle buyer data received through Olympico only to fulfil orders.
- We may remove a listing or a shop that breaks these rules.
Motus Engine
Motus Engine produces movement measurements and scores to support coaching and training decisions. It is an analysis tool, not a medical device or an official competition result. Do not use it as medical, diagnostic or injury advice. Upload only footage you have the right to use and consent to analyse.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access accounts, data or workspaces that are not yours.
- Do not scrape, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the platform or its APIs.
- Do not upload malware, illegal content, or content that harasses or endangers others.
- Do not resell or redistribute Olympico access without a written agreement.
Intellectual property
The Olympico name, logos, product names such as Dojangly, Tiber and Motus Engine, and the platform itself remain our property. Content you upload stays yours; you give us permission to store, process and display it so we can run the service for you.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Olympico available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance, provider outages and updates happen. To the extent allowed by law, Olympico is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, or results derived from performance analysis. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the platform grows; the date above shows the latest version. You may stop using Olympico and close your account at any time. We may end access if these terms are broken.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be handled in good faith between us, and otherwise settled under Indonesian jurisdiction.
